SPLA-IO forces are moving freely in Yei showing a positive mark of the signed Revitalized Peace Agreement, says Deputy Military Spokesman.

Colonel Lam Paul Gabriel says exchanging visits among forces in their territories and silencing of guns indicate a positive change in the deal.

There are differences in cantonment and training sites from the politicians in Yei River State as a challenge the Joint Defence Board faces, the Deputy spokesperson points out.

He adds that the community in Morobo and Kajo-Keji are appreciating the decision made by the Board.

The official spoke on Friday after the Joint Defense Board visited Panyume Payam of Morobo County in Yei River State on Wednesday.
