South Sudan and Moroccan government have to agree on the admission of 150 students to study in Morocco, says Minister of Higher Education.

This came after ambassador to Sudan and South Sudan and the minister of high education sat on Tuesday to discuss and have the same opinion on scholarships.

South Sudanese Higher Education Minister Yien Oral Lam Tut urges students not to change their minds after they chose to study polytechnic in Morocco.

He says the ministry will be strict in taking students who would study according to the agreement reached between Juba and Rabat.

Oral says South Sudan government requested Moroccan ambassador Mohammed Ma'al-Ainai to agree on the scholarships so that students will go to study in universities and technical courses.

He announces visiting Rabat to find out the number of students sponsored this year to various universities.

Ambassador Ma'al-Ainain affirms that his government is ready to support South Sudanese in various fields including higher education to achieve development in the future.

He pledges that Morocco is willing to admit more South Sudan students to universities and higher institutions of learning.
